A: Our proprietary energy management system (EMS) platform — 7 models from 10 kW to 250 kW class, covering residential, commercial and microgrid applications. It provides AI-based self-consumption optimization, dynamic tariff scheduling, hardware anti-backflow, demand control and 10 ms backup transfer.
Q: Which EMS model fits my project?
A: Single-family homes start at 300S/300M; multi-unit buildings and small commercial sites use 300M/300L; factories, microgrids and VPP sites typically require 300P/300H. Send us your single-line diagram via the RFQ form and we will recommend a configuration.
Q: Do you supply electronic components too?
A: Yes — we stock 200+ component types (ICs, SMD passives, connectors, protection devices) for EMS and inverter manufacturing. Stock levels change daily; request a quote for current availability.
Custom Wiring Harness
Q: What harness types can you build?
A: Automotive-grade high-voltage harnesses (EV powertrains, battery/inverter links), industrial control harnesses (D-Sub, board-to-board), IP67/IP69K waterproof M8/M12 circular assemblies, and complete storage/inverter wiring sets.
Q: How do I get a harness quotation?
A: Submit your drawing (PDF/STEP), connector types, target volume and application environment through the RFQ form. You receive a manufacturability review and quotation, typically within three working days.
Ordering & Delivery
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Bank transfer is preferred for B2B orders; account details are provided after order confirmation. For qualified partners we also discuss LC and other trade terms.
Q: What are your delivery terms?
A: We ship from our EU warehouse (Freiburg, Germany) for regional customers; direct shipment from Asia is available for project cargo. Incoterms (EXW/FOB/CIF/DAP) are negotiable per order.
Q: What is the warranty?
A: EMS hardware carries a 2-year warranty, extendable by contract. Electronic components are supplied with full traceability and manufacturer warranty.

Q: Do you provide technical support in Europe?
A: Yes — our Freiburg team provides pre-sales engineering, commissioning support and after-sales service across the EU, backed by the R&D center in Changsha, China.
Q: Can the EMS integrate with third-party inverters and meters?
A: Yes. The platform speaks Modbus, CAN, RS485, Ethernet and supports mainstream inverter/meter/BMS brands. Protocol lists are available on request.
