Every energy system is only as reliable as its wiring. Connectors loosen, jackets crack, contact resistance grows — and the failure usually appears months after commissioning, on site. That is why wiring is not an afterthought in our projects, and why we are expanding the SENOT Europe portfolio with a dedicated custom wiring harness program.
Automotive-grade as the standard
Our harness production follows automotive quality methodology: IATF-oriented process control, 100% electrical testing (continuity and hipot), automated crimp force monitoring, and full material traceability. High-voltage assemblies use orange HV-rated corrugated jackets with HVIL signal integration, sized for 60V–800V systems. For industrial and outdoor applications we build IP67/IP69K M8/M12 circular assemblies rated -40°C to +85°C.

- Industrial control harnesses — high-density D-Sub, board-to-board, mixed signal+power for EMS controllers and PLC cabinets
- Waterproof circular assemblies — M8/M12, overmolded, Y-splitters, for sensors and outdoor infrastructure
- Energy storage & inverter harnesses — busbar-terminated power links, TB terminal blocks, control and cooling-fan assemblies

The manufacturing partner behind this program runs in-house tooling, precision stamping, plating (Au/Ag/Ni/Sn), injection molding and automated assembly across three production bases — with a national CNAS-accredited laboratory on site. For OEM projects this means fast NPI, consistent batches and full design-for-manufacturing feedback on your drawings.
